Seymour League Registration 2020


Welcome to the Seymour League Registration 2020!

This registration session will allow you to complete contact information, sign up for participation, and submit payment.
Please read through each page carefully to ensure that all information is provided accurately. 
To complete registration through our secure site, please have your Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or ACH Bank Account information available.


Important Notice: Concession deposit and raffle ticket purchase (required by each family) will be handled at the first team "practice." 


You will be automatically signed up for your concession shift/s (1 per child registered).  The concession deposit will once again be $100 for each child with a maximum of $200 per family. You will be required to pick up your check from the concession stand after all shift requirements are met.

Raffle Tickets

Purchase $100 worth (1 book) of raffle tickets per family. You can then keep or sell tickets to family, friends, etc. Families are welcome to sell more than 1 book.
